"The mission of Circle of Friends is to provide inclusion for students with disabilities on school campuses by establishing the understanding and acceptance of differences, building genuine friendships, decreasing bullying and making a significant social impact within communities nationwide."
This club is committed to promoting inclusion among general education students and special needs on campus. Students help each other with social and conversational skills on the high school campus. Friends meet with their circle weekly and also participate in off-campus events.
Circle of Friends creates an comfortable and friendly environment that welcomes and values all students. This is one of the largest clubs on campus with over 300 general education students and 60 special education friends.
